CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and No-Show Policy At NloveEsthetics, I strive to provide the best possible service to every client. To ensure I can give all clients the time and attention they deserve, I have a cancellation and no-show policy in place: 1. Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer your appointment time to other clients. 2. Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee. 3. No-Show Fee: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. 4. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your service to respect the following client’s time. This may result in a partial service or a late fee. 5. Emergencies/Extreme Circumstances: I understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate with me as soon as possible if something urgent comes up. I’ll do my best to accommodate, but I ask for your understanding and cooperation with the policy. Thank you for respecting my time and business!
